Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings while on resort premises.
Joyce Resort maintains a Lost & Found service and will make reasonable efforts to recover and store lost items.
Items of value should be reported immediately to the reception or designated staff.
The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven gross negligence of the resort staff.
Unclaimed items may be securely stored for a limited period after which they may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled in accordance with local laws.
